Job summary
Iconma, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to drive Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementations across Charlotte, NC, Corning NY, and remote across the U.S. You will coordinate business, IT, SAP ECC, and vendor teams to enable Agile delivery and go-live readiness.
The role requires 7+ years of enterprise delivery leadership, strong governance, financial tracking, and experience with data migration, cutover, and SOX compliance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams with iterative and incremental delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Kanban boards and Agile planning practices.
- Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP is required.
- Experience with SAP ECC implementations and data migration/cutover coordination.
- First-hand Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation exposure.
- Knowledge of SOX/regulatory compliance and governance practices.
- PMP and Product Owner CSPO/PSPO certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementations using Agile practices.
- Serve as a servant leader to enable collaboration and remove blockers across teams.
- Manage delivery planning, governance reporting, RAID, and executive communications.
