Job summary

Epitria Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Kinaxis Solution Consultant to implement and optimize Kinaxis Maestro for manufacturing clients. This client-facing role involves designing, configuring, and deploying supply chain planning solutions to improve production planning and inventory optimization.

You will work with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to deliver successful Kinaxis implementations and transform clients' planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or consulting.
• 5+ years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro implementation experience.
• Kinaxis Author Level 1 and Author Level 2 certifications are required.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain planning knowledge (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Capacity, S&OP/IBP).
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Dynamics).
• Client-facing consulting or professional services background required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with manufacturing clients to understand business processes and planning requirements.
• Design, configure, and deploy Kinaxis Maestro solutions; lead workshops and design sessions.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer; provide post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional documents and solution design deliverables; participate in planning and estimation.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kinaxis Solution Consultant to implement and optimize Kinaxis Maestro solutions for manufacturing organizations. This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll work directly with manufacturers to design, configure, and deploy supply chain planning solutions that improve production planning, inventory optimization, demand and supply planning, and overall operational performance.

Working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers, and customer stakeholders, you'll deliver successful Kinaxis implementations while helping manufacturing clients transform their supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Work directly with manufacturing clients to understand business processes and supply chain planning requirements.
• Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and solution design sessions.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Solution Delivery

• Configure and implement Kinaxis Maestro solutions for manufacturing customers.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
• Configure and support planning applications, including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Planning
• Capacity Planning
• Production Scheduling
• S&OP / IBP
• Support testing, data validation, deployment, hypercare, and production readiness activities.
• Recommend best practices to improve manufacturing planning and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Integration Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver successful implementations.
• Support integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or other manufacturing platforms.
• Prepare functional documentation and solution design deliverables.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and client status meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain consulting, or supply chain technology implementations.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Kinaxis Maestro solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Kinaxis solutions for manufacturing companies is required.
• Kinaxis Author Level 1 and Author Level 2 certifications are required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP/IBP.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Kinaxis solutions.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites.

Compensation

Salary Range: USD $160,000–$180,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, Kinaxis certifications, and overall fit.
