Job summary

Kinaxis seeks a senior Consulting lead to guide complex supply chain design and deployment projects using Maestro. You will mentor teams, drive client engagement, and align strategic outcomes with modern ERP/MRP, S&OP and inventory planning requirements.

You will also own architecture sign-off, manage scope, and present technical progress to stakeholders, helping Fortune 500 clients realize value through rapid deployment and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in business software consulting or manufacturing planning.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP, S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and planning with distributors and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams across complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing.
• Guide and mentor the consulting project team during project delivery.
• Drive client participation in project design activities and deployments.
• Lead deployment workshops to help customers gain immediate value from Maestro.
• Own solution architecture sign-off and manage project scope and escalation.
