Job summary

WSP is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the Texas Market. The role focuses on developing and managing CPM schedules using Primavera P6 across both design and construction phases.

You will create and maintain schedules, establish baselines, analyze variances, and work with cross-functional teams to forecast and recover from delays. This position supports large, multi-project programs nationwide and offers a path to leadership within Project Controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases.
• Create, update, and analyze execution schedules for concurrent projects.
• Develop WBS, work packages, and activities.
• Establish baseline schedules through review of contracts, durations, logic, resources, and costs.
• Review schedule updates, generate comparison reports, and analyze variances.
• Assess schedule issues and delays; provide recommendations for leadership.
• Identify risks and forecast through completion with project teams.
• Perform time impact analyses to quantify delay effects.
