Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler for a 6-month contract position, fully remote in the United States. You will manage integrated project schedules across multiple vendors and phases from initiation through closeout, applying scheduling methodologies and MS Project to drive on-time delivery.

You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project scope, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with scheduling using MS Project and related tools.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules across multiple phases.
• Knowledge of project control strategies, schedule risk analysis, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedules and manage integrated schedules from multiple vendors throughout the project lifecycle using MS Project.
• Develop project control strategies and plans for cost control, schedule control, schedule risk analysis and management, change management, forecasting, and fiscal reporting.
• Create and maintain project schedules to support planned outages and capital projects.
• Ensure active communication with stakeholders regarding schedule slippage, risk projections, and deliverables; provide schedule mitigation advice.
