Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler for a 6-month contract position, fully remote in the United States. You will manage integrated project schedules across multiple vendors and phases from initiation through closeout, applying scheduling methodologies and MS Project to drive on-time delivery.

You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project scope, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Scheduler for a 6-month contract position, remote. In this role, you will manage integrated project schedules across multiple vendors and phases, from initiation through closeout, using industry-standard tools and proven scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedules and manage integrated schedules from multiple vendors throughout the project lifecycle using MS Project
• Develop project control strategies and plans for cost control, schedule control, schedule risk analysis and management, change management, forecasting, and fiscal reporting
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project to support planned outages, including scheduling capital projects and preventative maintenance jobs
• Ensure active communication with stakeholders regarding schedule slippage, risk projections, deliverables, and provide advice on schedule mitigation plans
• Prepare status reports for various projects at different phases, including initiation, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that may affect schedule performance
• Review schedules with project team members regularly to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and facilitate meetings and present schedules to project stakeholders
• Review and process change orders, assessing their impact on contract scope, schedule, and budgets
