Integra in Texas (TX Virtual) is seeking a mid-level Construction Scheduler to support project teams in developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules. The role emphasizes learning SOPs, supporting the scheduling team, and understanding the business.

You will develop, maintain detailed schedules with Primavera P6 and MS Project, baseline schedules, track progress, and generate reports while collaborating with managers, superintendents, and contractors to meet deadlines and uphold safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling techniques and construction processes.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.
• Baselining the project schedule and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather status and align schedules with budgets and deadlines.
• Generate scheduling reports and provide insights on risk and mitigation.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and support senior schedulers.
