Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior scheduling professional to lead integrated planning for large-scale data center builds. You will collaborate with global teams and Portuguese-speaking stakeholders to develop, maintain, and report detailed schedules, dependencies, and resource assumptions.

You will apply CPM methods, identify risks, and propose mitigation while coordinating inputs across project controls, cost, risk, change, and delivery teams to ensure on-time

• Develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource assumptions.
• Apply CPM techniques to assess logic, identify trends, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate planning outputs with client teams, delivery partners, and project teams.
• Manage multiple project schedules concurrently with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Align schedule inputs with cost, risk, change, and delivery activities.
• Evaluate schedule performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule updates and leadership-ready reporting for executives.
• Link schedule performance to cost, risk, and change impacts in project controls.
• Facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Elevate schedule risks and blockers and drive accountable resolution.
