Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead detailed project schedules for data center construction from design through closeout. You’ll define activities, estimate durations, allocate resources, and track progress against baselines.

You’ll identify critical paths, manage risks, run what-if recovery plans, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering/project management.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction from design to closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate timelines.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baselines with earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align schedule updates.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to meet deadlines.
• Document actual vs planned timelines and capture lessons learned.
