Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations and allocate resources.
• Identify critical paths, milestones and dependencies to align with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baseline, prepare reports with earned value, milestones and variance.
• Identify schedule risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors on schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to meet deadlines.
• Document actual vs planned timelines and analyze lessons learned for future projects.
