Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs/Integrations, Security/Sharing) with senior/lead-level ownership.
• Hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience building/implementing AgentAI capabilities on Salesforce.
• Experience with Data Cloud solutions (data ingestion, governance, segmentation, activation, grounding).
