Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer based in Italy to lead development on the Salesforce platform. You will build Apex classes, LWCs, and integrations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance while owning releases and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Lead or sole developer experience with Apex, LWC, and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, security model, and data quality practices.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting API integrations and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce development tooling; Git/GitHub proficiency.
• Interest in AI/LLMs and MCP integrations to enhance CRM workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs for custom apps and dashboards.
• Design revenue-focused automations: lead routing, opportunities, forecasting, renewals.
• Own integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Manage sandbox-to-production releases and maintain code quality and tests.
• Ensure data accuracy via deduplication, enrichment, and data-cleanup tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance to translate needs into design.
• Explore AI capabilities, including LLM tools and MCP integrations for CRM data.
• Handle day-to-day Salesforce administration, permissions, and configurations.
