Job summary

K-logix Partnering Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to own complex Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs/Integrations, and security/sharing in a fully remote role.

This role emphasizes hands-on Service Cloud implementations and building Salesforce-based agent AI capabilities, plus Data Cloud data ingestion, governance, segmentation, and activation, with collaboration across product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs/Integrations, Security/Sharing) with senior/lead-level ownership.
• Hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience building/implementing AgentAI capabilities on Salesforce.

Role: Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Remote
Timings: 3 pm to 12 am

Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs/Integrations, Security/Sharing) with senior/lead-level ownership.
• Hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience building/implementing Agentforce or Salesforce-based agentic AI capabilities (agents, topics, instructions, actions, grounding, guardrails, human-in-the-loop).
• Experience with Data Cloud solutions (data ingestion, profile unification, governance, segmentation, activation, grounding).

Nice-to-Have:
Sales Cloud experience; MCP servers/clients, external LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, AI observability; MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture; SFDX, Git-based CI/CD, release automation; Greenfield/multi-org implementations;

Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist, Application/System Architect.
