Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions, guiding architecture and implementation, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams across data, marketing tech, and cloud platforms in a remote-capable role.

Responsibilities include guiding AEP and Salesforce integrations, data governance, and analytics, mentoring a panel of digital solutions specialists, and delivering client-focused outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Certified Data Professional, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect.
• Hands-on experience across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional engagements across CDP/DMP, data onboarding, big data strategy and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's digital experience strategy and goals.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary daily contact across projects.
