Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect.
• Hands-on experience across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagements across multi-functional workstreams including CDP/DMP, data onboarding, and analytics on Adobe platforms.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of client digital experience strategy and goals.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary daily contact.
• Guide integration projects with multiple partners and ensure delivery against commitments.
• Lead client business reviews and establish trust with stakeholders.
