Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or data architecture.
• Proven leadership in large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Experience with data integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, cloud data platforms).
• Ability to define enterprise roadmaps and execute across complex organizations.
• Expertise in data governance, data modeling, and systems of record.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture, establishing target architecture.
• Drive Data Product Operating Model and define data ownership, lifecycle, quality, and consumption models.
• Develop and execute a multi-year modernization roadmap for data platforms and integrations.
• Lead enterprise data modernization, promoting scalable, event-driven data patterns.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and metrics for data quality and compliance.
• Align business and IT leaders on data ownership, priorities, and adoption strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship across data, integration, and domain teams.
