Job summary

SmithRx is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to anchor the Business Systems team, owning the Jira intake process and triaging requests from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Account Management, Customer Support, and Product/Engineering.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, Salesforce administration skills, and a proven ability to translate user feedback into precise technical stories with clear acceptance criteria and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years actively managing, triaging, and scaling Jira service desks or similar ticketing workflows.
• Experience configuring or maintaining third-party tools integrated with Salesforce (Five9, DocuSign, Ironclad).
• Proven ability to categorize urgent bugs, system enhancements, and questions while assessing technical impact.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Jira intake process, evaluate requests and route issues to keep the queue organized.
• Translate user feedback into detailed Jira user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce administration to implement ticket requests.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and Five9, DocuSign, and Ironclad.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning with technical leads.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations with transparent updates on tickets, SLAs, and releases.
• Build robust Salesforce reports and dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Write SOPs and technical documentation for auditable changes.
