Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Sales Systems Manager to own the systems, data workflows, and integrations that empower our sales and customer success teams. This remote role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable systems built on Salesforce, Gong, and Chili Piper.

You will design cross-platform solutions, optimize key workflows, and lead testing, rollout readiness, and production ownership while working with product, engineering, and enablement teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales systems or revenue operations technology with ownership of complex solutions from discovery to implementation
• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise including configuration, data models, and integration troubleshooting
• Experience building AI-enabled workflow automations and connecting systems via APIs with testing and security controls

Responsibilities

• Design cross-platform solutions to improve lead routing, scheduling, and handoffs between sales and customer success
• Configure and optimize Salesforce, Gong, and Chili Piper; collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and native features
• Develop AI-enabled tools and automations to reduce manual effort and improve execution
• Lead troubleshooting and escalation across platforms and data flows, identifying root causes and fixes
• Lead UAT, release readiness, and post-launch validation; support adoption with Enablement teams
