Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Sales Specialist – Immunohistochemistry in New Jersey. You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid revenue growth and expand market share across the territory, collaborating with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to meet targets.

You will work in a fully remote NJ setting, reporting to the Sales Manager and supporting the Commercial Organization to exceed goals with strong product knowledge and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent.
• 3+ years sales experience or equivalent.
• Proven contract negotiation and high‑level selling experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM; MS Office suite.
• Travel 50‑75%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in SFDC; mentor guidance.
• Deliver sales and support services; coordinate demos, installations, training.
• Increase Leica Biosystems' presence across territories.
• Monitor competitors; use Strategic Selling tools.
