Responsibilities

• Lead field support, customer issue resolution, order support, and inventory and consignment coordination.
• Own the process for setting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) inventory targets with cross‑functional leaders; monitor deployment efficiency and coordinate levers to achieve targets.
• Manage and develop the team responsible for daily commercial operations support.
• Coordinate customer, order, inventory, process, and system issues across multiple functions.
• Partner with Commercial Execution to prepare for account and field needs.
• Provide operating insights to Commercial Strategy & Governance on pricing, contracts, and deal rules.
