Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration.
• Experience in a Senior Sales Management position with a history of high performing Sales Team.
• Background in advertising and media is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue growth through channel vision, strategies and targets.
• Clearly communicate and monitor workflow expectations to team members.
• Coach and develop team to achieve revenue targets and communicate YP selling values.
• Improve customer experience and handle escalations promptly.
• Lead by example and demonstrate Yellow Pages values.
• Occasional national-scale client interactions; French proficiency is a strong asset.
