Job summary

Cherry Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the Chiropractic vertical. You will lead a remote team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and own pipeline quality across the funnel. Expect coaching, multi-stakeholder deals, and a data-driven culture to improve win rates and deal size.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, partner with Sales Ops and RevOps, and ensure strong handoffs with onboarding and customer success teams. Travel for on-site pitches may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven top 10% performer in an individual contributor sales role.
• 1-2+ years of experience as a Manager in SMB preferred.
• Strong deal strategist with experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead from the front during periods of change, ambiguity, or performance pressure.
• Advanced experience in prospecting and implementation of selling methodologies such as SPIN Selling, the Challenger Sale, MEDDICC, or others.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hiring & Team Build: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of 8–12 capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Team Development & Coaching: Act as a sales coach and review calls, deal strategy, and pipeline to elevate performance.
• Sales Performance & Execution: Own pipeline generation, conversion rates, average deal size, and revenue targets with disciplined forecasting.
• Leadership & Strategic Impact: Set quotas and KPIs; partner with Ops, Marketing, and RevOps to improve lead quality and routing; ensure strong handoffs with customer success.
• Willingness to be measured and compensated based on team performance; lead with accountability and action.
