Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue with top law firms and corporate legal teams. This remote-based role offers executive exposure and uncapped earning potential, including an OTE of $90,000–$150,000 and a robust benefits package.

You will manage full sales cycles, build strategic accounts, and lead enterprise initiatives across key markets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience; legal industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and forecasting pipelines
• Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across assigned law firms and zero-based firms (ZBFs)
• Prospect, penetrate, and expand key accounts
• Run full-cycle sales from outreach to discovery, proposal, close, and renewal
• Lead consultative conversations to uncover client challenges and align tailored deposition solutions
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuite
