Job summary
Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Technical Account Advisor to act as a trusted technical and operational partner for enterprise SaaS customers. You will monitor service health, coordinate across multiple teams, and drive adoption while highlighting AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency.
The role requires strong communication, incident management experience, and the ability to translate complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical account management, customer success, or related role.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud environments, escalations, and service operations.
- Knowledge of incident management, SLA tracking, root-cause follow-up, and operational reporting.
- Ability to translate technical issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted technical and operational contact for assigned enterprise SaaS customers.
- Monitor service health, SLA performance, case trends, backlog, and adoption.
- Coordinate with Support, Cloud Ops, Product, Consulting, Engineering, Sales, and CS to resolve issues.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue expansion.
- Deliver clear service reviews and customer health insights to stakeholders.
