Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Data & Analytics Director to lead a nationally significant program that collects, analyzes, and uses behavioral health data.

The Project Director will liaise with clients, guide a multidisciplinary team, and ensure reliable data products, modern tech, and high-quality public-facing resources. The role requires 15+ years of federal program leadership, English fluency, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience leading complex federal health, behavioral health, statistical, research, data systems, survey, analytics, or technology programs.
• English fluency, oral and written.
• Ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Hybrid schedule with 2 days on site per week at headquarters in North Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead a nationally significant program that collects and analyzes behavioral health data.
• Serve as the primary client accountability and guide a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, subcontractors, and expenditures.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across all deliverables.
• Develop stakeholder reporting and dashboards for policymakers.
