Job summary

JBS International, Inc. seeks a Project Director to lead a complex, nationally significant program that collects, analyzes, and uses behavioral health data for federal and state clients.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team and ensure timely, accurate, and actionable outputs while maintaining program governance and client relationships. The role requires 15+ years of leadership experience in health data programs, English fluency, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, public health, statistics, survey methodology, research, information systems, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• English fluency, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for contract performance, client outcomes, issue resolution, and mission results.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and guide program governance across data, analytics, and public-facing services.
• Oversee cloud modernization, cybersecurity, privacy, and accessibility.
• Manage budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and expenditure controls.
• Ensure quality, security, and documentation standards across deliverables.
