Ccube is seeking a Senior ROR Product Technical Support Engineer for a remote role. You will troubleshoot a large-scale Ruby on Rails monolithic application across the app, database, and hosting layers, diagnosing complex production issues and ensuring a reliable customer experience.

You will work night shifts as needed and collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Support to drive issues to resolution. Strong debugging, PostgreSQL, and API integration skills are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in technical support or production support.
• Hands-on debugging of Ruby on Rails apps.
• Strong PostgreSQL/SQL performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with Heroku hosting.
• Familiarity with Stripe payments and webhooks.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complex production issues across Rails, DB, APIs, and integrations.
• Perform RCA and drive issues to resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Diagnose PostgreSQL issues including slow queries and deadlocks.
• Support REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations like Stripe.
• Maintain logs, runbooks, and production-grade fixes.
• Monitor stability and improve incident response processes.
