Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a squad of Royalty Managers, mentoring and developing the team.
• Own royalty statement preparation and issuance for an imprint.
• Review contracts, oversee payee setup, and analyze sales data.
• Post expenses, fees, and deductions; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process new contracts and amendments; approve advances and payments.
• Ensure tax withholding, reporting, and filing requirements are met.
• Act as escalation point and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support resourcing across the team.
