Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Senior Analyst to lead the delivery of information and analytics for financial and operational performance. The role focuses on back end acute operations, KPI scorecards, and executive-level reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of analytics experience, a CRCR license, and strong MS Excel/Access and SQL skills. This is a remote role with travel to client or corporate sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in revenue cycle or healthcare.
• CRCR - Certified Revenue Cycle Representative license.
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel; SQL and data visualization tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Create and maintain BE Scorecards and KPI analyses for leadership.
• Develop executive summaries and ad hoc reports for management.
• Coordinate reporting needs and project coordination for BE operations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance against key metrics.
