Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to advance data, automation, and AI strategy in Revenue Cycle Management. You will design and optimize data models and pipelines, collaborate across teams, and promote observability and governance in a modern data stack.

You will work on scalable data models, testing, and automation, partnering with architecture and product teams to deliver intelligent AR workflows and prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on dbt in ELT environments.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake.
• Advanced SQL and large-scale transformations.
• Knowledge of analytics engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, modular design).
• Experience building scalable data models in cloud architectures.
• Strong communication to translate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Interest in AI/ML and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data architecture principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy data models and pipelines using dbt in Databricks Lakehouse.
• Build scalable data models, macros, testing, and automation for AR Follow-Up needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate AR workflows into technical design and deliverables.
• Establish analytics engineering standards, modeling conventions, and testing practices.
• Participate in design sessions and data-architecture reviews for platform alignment.
• Review code to ensure quality and mentor engineers.
