Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Revenue Auditor to drive financial accuracy across franchise operations by conducting revenue audits and validating monthly submissions for accuracy. The role acts as the primary compliance authority and franchisee-facing SME, ensuring reporting integrity and timely corrective actions.

Qualifications include at least 5 years in hotel management or revenue assurance, proficiency with ChoiceAdvantage or similar PMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in property-level hotel management or revenue assurance.
• Experience negotiating with franchise business owners is required.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute the revenue audit process and identify abnormalities in revenue reporting.
• Conduct audit walkthrough calls to review findings and corrective actions.
• Bill out and collect fees for underreported revenue and report outcomes.
• Review property stats and respond to relicensing, renewal, and good standing notices.
• Review monthly revenue submissions for accuracy prior to billing.
• Enter corrections prior to billing after contacting franchisees or researchers.
