Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Revenue Audit Manager to drive financial accuracy across franchise operations.

You will review monthly submissions, identify revenue anomalies, bill for underreported revenue, and act as the compliance authority for franchise partners. The role requires at least 5 years in property-level hotel management and revenue assurance, with strong Excel and hotel PMS experience.

• Review property statistics and respond to notices of relicensing, renewal, repositioning, and good standing requests.
• Review monthly revenue submissions for accuracy prior to billing.
• Contact franchise and/or research revenue abnormalities and enter corrections prior to billing.

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Drive financial accuracy and uphold compliance standards across franchise operations by conducting revenue audits to ensure franchisee revenue reporting compliance, review and validate monthly revenue submissions for accuracy, and serve as a primary compliance authority and franchisee-facing subject matter expert. Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

Employment Experience At least 5 years of progressive experience in property-level hotel management, revenue assurance, and general experience in negotiations with franchise business owners.

Technical Skills Proficiency in ChoiceAdvantage or other hotel property management systems is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; with advanced skills in Excel.

Additional Skills & Competencies Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Strong focus on data integrity, process, and project management. Self-motivated, able to work well with others with limited supervision. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Demonstrates key competencies to include: Managing complexity Driving results Ensuring accountability.

Education Requirements Associates/Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $75,553 - $88,886.
