Choice Hotels International, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Revenue Audit Manager to drive financial accuracy across franchise operations.

You will review monthly submissions, identify revenue anomalies, bill for underreported revenue, and act as the compliance authority for franchise partners. The role requires at least 5 years in property-level hotel management and revenue assurance, with strong Excel and hotel PMS experience.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in property-level hotel management, revenue assurance, and negotiations with franchise owners.

Aufgaben

• Execute the revenue audit process to identify and analyze abnormalities in revenue reporting.
• Conduct audit walkthrough calls (avg. 10 weekly) to review findings, documentation requirements, and corrective actions.
• Bill out and collect fees for underreported revenue and report on the outcome.
• Review property statistics and respond to notices of relicensing, renewal, repositioning, and good standing requests.
• Review monthly revenue submissions for accuracy prior to billing.
• Contact franchise and/or research revenue abnormalities and enter corrections prior to billing.
