Planet Group seeks a Senior Accountant - Revenue to support financial reporting, GTN reserves, and audit readiness on an as-needed basis. You’ll shift between high-level analysis and hands-on execution to ensure accurate revenue accounting and SOX controls.

The role focuses on proprietary product sales transactions, GTN forecasting, and coordination with FP&A and Commercial teams, with remote work options and a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software/ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Responsabilidades

• Manage and analyze proprietary product sales and related transactions
• Prepare and reconcile GTN reserve accounts (returns, chargebacks, rebates)
• Review RSM reports and GTN forecasts; explain variances
• Prepare monthly GTN summaries and presentations for Commercial and FP&A
• Post revenue-related journal entries and reconcile GL accounts
• Lead AR aging reconciliations and resolve debit memo issues with 3PLs/customers
• Coordinate with VA and AP on payment processes
• Support external audits and internal reviews with schedules and documentation
• Maintain SOX/internal controls across responsibilities
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts
