Job summary

BRG is seeking a Senior Accountant to support revenue accounting, month-end close, and international audit activities within a growing global organization. You will partner with finance, operations, and external auditors in a fast-paced environment and contribute to improving reporting quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in revenue accounting and strong US GAAP knowledge, with CPA progress preferred. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to revenue accounting, audit support and general ledger close.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-entity global organization preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support revenue accounting activities including contract review, revenue recognition analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close entries per US GAAP and policy.
• Review client engagements, billing arrangements, and documentation to ensure accurate revenue recording.
• Prepare and analyze reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, intercompany balances, and related accounts.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and coordinating documentation for revenue-related and international accounting matters.
• Coordinate with international finance teams for entity-level reporting and audit readiness.
• Identify and improve internal controls and processes related to revenue recognition and close activities.
• Research technical accounting issues and apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and management reports for timely financial reporting.
