Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Senior Client Executive to manage retirement plan assets and client satisfaction for assigned 401(k), DB or MEP plans. You will conduct annual plan reviews and lead presentations with brokers to maintain loyalty and drive profitability.

The role requires five years of retirement industry experience, FINRA 6/63 and life licenses (or ability to obtain within six months), and strong ERISA knowledge. Remote work with extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Five years of retirement industry or similar experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, and Life insurance licenses, or obtain within six months.
• Thorough understanding of ERISA and retirement industry trends.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement programs and plan management including administration, investment, and participant solutions.
• Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct required number of annual plan reviews, investment reviews and service meetings with clients and brokers.
• Serve as the escalation point for resolution of non-routine issues related to service and plan administration.
• Consult with clients and brokers on qualified plan design issues and plan amendments.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities to enhance client and enterprise profitability.
• Assist Sales with finals presentations and be the subject matter expert on installation, ongoing administration, and plan design.
