Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent education and/or four years of related experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical/electronic tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and spare-parts breakdowns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to train others.
• Ability to travel overnight within the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Experience with SAP preferred or willingness to learn SAP.

Mansioni

• Provide remote electro-mechanical technical support for scales, slicers, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide repair guidance remotely.
• Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting using remote-access tools.
• Analyze equipment failure logs to identify root causes and solutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues, traveling to customer locations as needed.
• Accurately document service calls, troubleshooting and resolutions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Conduct product operation, troubleshooting and repair training for service technicians and customers.
• Deliver training remotely and on-site; hands-on group sessions.
• Serve as SME for assigned products and equipment.

Formazione

Associate degree or military/technical education in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronic Technology
