Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 3+ years in banking, mortgage lending, or post-closing.
• Knowledge of mortgage documents and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA).
• Familiarity with LOS systems (e.g., Encompass).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process more complex loan packages and mentor junior staff.
• Respond to investor suspense items and cure deficiencies promptly.
• Assist in audits by organizing and validating documentation.
• Scan/index mortgage closing documents and create retention files.
• Organize documents per investor & Fulton Bank requirements; coordinate with settlements.
• Upload/deliver mortgage files to investors per commitment and deadlines.
