Job summary

Vasto Legal Recruitment Ltd is representing a prestigious London law firm seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX Conveyancer for a fully remote role. The candidate will manage a senior, largely autonomous caseload across the full conveyancing lifecycle for local, national and international high-net-worth clients.

The role requires 4-7 years PQE with a proven ability to run complex matters, collaborate remotely, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4-7 PQE Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX Conveyancer.
• Experience running your own complex caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaborative approach in a remote setting.
• Mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is an advantage.
• Genuine passion for conveyancing and desire to develop further within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a senior, largely autonomous caseload across the full conveyancing lifecycle (freehold/leasehold, transfers of equity, buying, selling, remortgaging, new homes).
• Handle higher-value, complex matters for local, national and international HNW clients.
• Develop referral relationships and support/mentor junior team members.
