• Experience troubleshooting applications and telecom systems, reproducing reported behaviors and communicating to engineering, support and sales.
• Experience collaborating with teams across different geographic locations and time zones.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong verbal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; fast learner.
• Ability to lead discussions on technical issues and drive toward resolution.
• Ability to explain and define complex issues within a business setting.
