Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Senior Specialist to support the regulatory processes for OTC drug and cosmetic products across multiple units. You will lead technical regulatory reviews, analyses, and summaries and present recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Role requires collaboration with R&D, Quality, Legal, Marketing, and Supply Chain. The position is remote within the United States, with EST business hours and periodic in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• 5+ years of regulatory experience with OTC drug and cosmetic products.
• Expertise in regulatory requirements for OTC drug and cosmetic products, including CPSC and state regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complexity regulatory projects to support OTC drug and cosmetic launches.
• Perform regulatory reviews, analyses and summaries for cross-functional teams.
• Review product labels and maintain FDA listings and facility registrations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Legal, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CPSC and state regulations.
• Document reports with high accuracy and manage multiple projects.
