Church & Dwight is seeking a Regulatory Senior Specialist to support regulatory processes and projects for OTC drug and cosmetic products across multiple business units. This role involves technical regulatory reviews, analyses, and presentations to cross-functional teams.

The position requires knowledge of FDA and CPSC regulations, label reviews, and listings with the FDA. Collaboration with R&D, Quality, Legal, Marketing, and Supply Chain is essential. Remote work within EST hours is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of regulatory experience in health care or consumer products.
• Expertise in OTC drug and cosmetic regulatory requirements (CPSC, FDA).
• State-specific OTC/cosmetic requirements knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory reviews for OTC drug and cosmetic products.
• Prepare regulatory summaries, conclusions, and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Review labels, listings, and facility registrations with FDA and CSCP.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Legal, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Identify regulatory risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed reports.
