You will work on sophisticated matters for developers, investors and national retailers, handling nine-figure financing, luxury real estate transactions and complex development structures, with direct client contact and a senior, supportive team.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and/or development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex real estate transactions for sophisticated clients.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with clients and external counsel across deals.
• Provide strategic advice on financing, development and ownership structures.
