Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of real estate transactions experience.
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related commercial real estate matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
