Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a senior transactional associate focused on sophisticated commercial real estate matters. You will handle purchase, sale, finance, and joint venture transactions in a remote-first, partner-led environment with strong deal responsibility.

The role offers a clear path to partnership, a performance-based compensation structure, and a collaborative, tech-forward culture. In-office presence in Los Angeles is required one day per week.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with purchase, sale, finance, and joint venture transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on sophisticated documents.
• Preferred: background at a highly regarded law firm.
• Remote-first, LA presence 1 day/week in office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate joint venture agreements.
• Conduct and oversee comprehensive real estate due diligence.
• Manage closing processes and coordinate transaction stakeholders.
