Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney for a fully remote, 100% transactional practice. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, with direct client contact and autonomy to manage matters from term sheet through closing.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of real estate experience, a CA bar, and strong drafting/negotiation skills. Opportunity to handle complex structures and pursue a partnership track is available.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of real estate transactional experience, including purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation and other financing materials.
• Support joint venture and equity-related real estate arrangements, including operating agreements and related deal documents.
• Coordinate diligence, closing checklists, and transaction timelines with partners and paralegals.
• Communicate with clients and counterparties to keep transactions moving efficiently and strategically.
