Qualifications

• 4-15 years prior experience as a real estate attorney at a reputable law firm
• Experience drafting, revising and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements for real estate lease, purchase-and-sale, joint-venture, and finance transactions
• Experience drafting, revising and negotiating loan and security documents, guaranties, collateral assignments, resolutions and closing certificates in connection with real estate financings
• Experience in conducting due diligence for acquisitions/sales and financings
• Bar admission, in good standing, in your state of residence and a J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues
• Authorized to work in the United States
