Job summary

Ardem Data Services is seeking a Senior R2R & Bookkeeping Specialist for US accounting, with strong hands-on experience in US bookkeeping, R2R operations, and multi-entity transactions. This fully remote role requires 4+ years and US shift alignment.

You will manage end-to-end R2R processes, bank reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany activity, and month-end close, while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Record-to-Report, Bookkeeping or US accounting.
• Experience with US accounting processes is mandatory.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with US shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report and bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries, including intercompany transactions.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple entities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation.
