Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company enabling life sciences customers to accelerate therapies to patients. As a Consultant in the R&D Business Consulting practice, you will transform how customers work with Technology, Data, and AI to reshape operating models and measure business value.

You will lead end-to-end project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development across Pharma, MedTech, and related domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
• Analytical rigor with strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using data and insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, guiding their work and development.
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation.
