Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Physics required (BSc/MSc).
• 5+ years in technical project or program management for hardware/software systems.
• Experience delivering programs for US government entities (DARPA/ARPA/NIST).
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the master program schedule for hardware systems.
• Serve as DARPA primary contact and report progress regularly.
• Identify blockers and orchestrate rapid solutions to keep delivery on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
• Optimize resource allocation for critical path items.
• Drive process improvements in hardware deployment and validation.
• Perform ongoing system risk analyses and mitigation strategies.
